And in a paragraph - I am someone who always gives my best to everything I do, treats people as I like to be treated, takes enjoyment from every single day and appreciates all that I have been given in life.

Sports and fitness are very important to me, I love cycling and try to get 60-70 miles in weekly...although I sometimes cheat and get my miles in on an RPM bike!! I love the beach and am there most days throwing a ball for my dog. Good friends and good wine.........I already appreciate those, now a good man would be nice to have in my life.
